Choral Mosaic 2020 is a new choral music festival that welcomes choirs from around the world to explore the joy of choral music. Taking place on June 26-27, 2020, Choral Mosaic welcomes singers and choral music lovers of all abilities to perform and attend workshops geared to the community choir singer. All delegates who attend will have an opportunity to perform, with no audition required. We are a non-profit organization. www.choralmosaic.com

Choral Mosaic 2020 seeks an experienced, strategic marketing specialist to serve as Concert Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Steering Committee Co-Chair. This is a contract position that runs until July 3, 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Plan for the two Choral Mosaic 2020 concerts. This plan is to include strategy and tactics, and a Marketing Calendar;
- Work closely with the Co-Chair to ensure that the Concert Marketing Plan aligns with the Conference Marketing Plan, planned public relations activities and the marketing and business goals for Choral Mosaic as a whole;
- Upon approval by Co-Chair, implement/execute the Concert Marketing Plan and Calendar on time and on budget. Lead all efforts related to marketing, ticket sales and audience development;
- Coordinate all marketing tactical requirements in the Marketing Calendar with internal web, print and email execution internal resources;
- Create all social media campaign messaging in the Marketing Calendar, and coordinate with the internal social media resource to publish all posts. Measure and analyze results, adjusting social tactics/timing/messaging accordingly where required;
- Seek out new opportunities to market and promote the concerts. Advise on and help create collaborative partnerships with influencers, community, regional and national cultural organizations as appropriate;
- Adhere to Choral Mosaic’s established mission, vision, brand personality, guidelines, voice and style to ensure consistent implementation for all public-facing marketing and communication pieces including publications, press releases, email and digital marketing copy, paid advertisements, and more;
- Manage concert marketing expense budget;
- Work collaboratively with established Partners to determine opportunities and execute marketing and promotion of the concerts;
- Regular touchpoints/progress reporting to the Co-Chair (including milestones, budget updates, issue resolution). Post-event reporting to include budget actuals/reconciliation, sales results, and confirmation of full delivery of concert Marketing Plan. All reports are used to Steering Committee reports to our Board of Directors and to government grant agencies.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. in marketing or related professional experience;
- Demonstrated success in audience development campaigns;
- A keen understanding of and proven success with digital marketing and social media strategies and campaigns;
- Superior collaborative skills;
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of arts marketing experience;
- Experience creating ticket sales projections and managing revenue maximization;
- Experience working with festivals or performing arts organizations.
